Alexandre HEBERT is a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation and Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach from the Coaches Training Institute, Certified practitioner in psychological assessment tools MBTI STEP I & STEP II, FIRO-B, STRONG, CPI 260. He also holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst qualification from the CAIA Association and a Master in Digital communication from Sweden.

Alexandre is the Founder of GRIP ADVISORY and leads our Coaching for Leaders Program globally out of Washington DC.

Alexandre works with Individuals and companies to put people's dreams and aspirations at the heart of their everyday lives to make a lasting impact on performance and happiness.

A French national, PR in Singapore for over 5 years, professional with over 15 years of experience acquired over 3 continents outside France, can speak French , English, German and Swedish, worked across Finance and Technology in B2B and B2C.

He also holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst qualification from the CAIA Association and a Masters Degree in Digital communication. He has worked in leading multinationals in various managerial positions and sectors. He is familiar with the challenges of working in large institutions as well as start-ups.

Alexandre is a sport enthusiast with an overly positive approach to life. He has three children, has gone through major life changing events, such as divorce, caring for loved ones with cancer and major car crash.

Alexandre deep life and past corporate leadership experience have given him a genuine ability to help his clients achieve their true potential and live their life boldly in colors in their professional or personal lives.

Alexandre's previous coaching experience includes Senior Executives leadership coaching in Asia and Europe within various industries luxury, civil service, hospitality, financial services, as well as entrepreneurs, young leaders and Students.

Debra is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Formasian Label, a Pan-Asian label of Designers and Beauty Products that Inspire Women.

Debra Chong acts as our Principal Style & Make-up coach. An experienced make-up artist, stylist and trainer, Debra specializes in teaching the everyday woman how to use clothing and makeup to highlight her inherent beauty, while correcting her natural imperfections. She believes that every woman has the right to feel confident and comfortable in her own skin, regardless her body shape, skin color, or facial features. This is why Debra is passionate about imparting the right skills to all women – skills that they can apply throughout every stage of their lives, so they can step out with confidence everyday. Debra graduated from The Make-Up Room and has worked on many professional assignments more than 10 years. Her portfolio includes Disney, Tiger Beer, Estee Lauder, Audi Fashion Festival, and many other productions. As a trainer, Debra has written curriculum, taught and graduated more than 100 make-up artists for a non-profit organization, to help spread the message that everyone can be beautiful.

Accredited Exec Life & Relationship Coach

Lin is a coach, trained psychologist, and trainer. Combining the latest research findings and practice from the field of positive psychology, coaching and NLP, she offers a unique way to help her clients live a life of authenticity and meaning. She is passionate about offering a scientific view of happiness in relationships. She works with singles, couples and those who aspire for better relationships to inform and inspire them towards excellence in all aspects of their life. Her professional experiences as a health educator, trainer and teacher as well as her genuine empathy, curiosity and openness have made her an effective communicator and compassionate coach.

Before coaching, Lin worked in International Trading in the areas of human resources, customer service, business development and finance. She has a Master's degree in Health and Society, a Master's degree in History of Medicine, a Bachelor of Medicine in Preventive Medicine, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology.

Lin is a trained Co-Active® Coach from the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a Master NLP Practitioner, a Certified Hypnotherapist. She is a certified practitioner in assessment tool Extended DISC® .

Strategic Advisor & Accredited Exec Life Coach

Sylvie Fauconnier is a French national, living in Paris and holding a Master's degree in Economics and Communication, from Sorbonne University. She has an extensive career in Human Resources in the technology sectors acquired in a leading French multinational. Her specialities have included recruitment, HR generalist, the development of new careers paths and emerging skill sets, as well as board level union and management facilitation around the impact of new technology on workers skills. Her responsibilities included ground breaking studies around the social impact of new technologies and Teleworking. Having weathered through serious illness, she is currently particularly involved in the development of our understanding around illness, work and well-being. Her ability to share her personal experience and viral energy helps others face deep changes by fostering a creative and an open minded attitude towards challenges.

Sylvie serves as one of our strategic advisors and is a Grip Advisory accredited life coach.
